Project information
This case study covers a plot of five Steel Framing System (SFS) houses in Cornwall. SLB Contracts were first engaged to build three houses to the issued scope, with an on-site approach focused on accurate setting out, clean openings and dependable coordination for follow-on trades.
The initial target programme was four weeks per house; delivery was completed in just under three weeks per house (client-supplied). Two months later, the client requested SLB return to build a further two five-bedroom houses. Following SFS completion, SLB also supported with perimeter insulation work (Celotex) and used a telehandler-led approach for access on this plot (client-supplied).
